The writing goes to the list first. Where it is wrong, the list is the reason it gets corrected before anyone else reads it.

Places are limited to [15] and are filled by conversation. The list hears when a cohort opens, ahead of anyone else.

What Samatva teaches after the first course is not settled. The first hundred are asked rather than told.
